Don and Rhonda Sober are a husband and wife team answering the call of God in their lives to minister to others through instrumentals, humor, and a good ole’ mix of singing styles…….southern, convention, traditional, old time favorites in four part harmony and the ever popular low down bass.

Their excitement for Jesus is contagious and uplifting! Don and Rhonda have been called to spread the good news of Jesus Christ, help others through His word, song and testimony, and most of all, tell of His precious love of salvation to all. Don and Rhonda acknowledge that only through the help of The Holy Spirit, can they render a successful concert or service.

They have sung and played throughout the United States appearing on television, radio, the famous Dollywood Theme Park, revivals, camp meetings. You name it…….wherever God opens doors.

Don and Rhonda have been privileged to share the stage with some of the biggest names in Gospel Music such as: “Mr. Gospel Trumpet”, Dr. Jerry Goff; The Cathedrals, The Hoppers, Garry Shepherd (formerly of The Kingsmen), The Dixie Melody Boys and many more.

Both Don and Rhonda continue for attend school to further their musical and Biblical Studies. They count it a blessing to study with Bill Gaither; Dr. Charles Novell; the infamous back-up singer for Elvis Presley, Bill Baize; the great writer, Mosie Lister, Ben Speer, Anthony Burger, etc.

Sober Ministries has expanded and flourished into a 100% faith based full-time ministry. They are available for church services, women’s ministries, revivals, concerts, banquets, etc.

They promise to be exciting, enthusiastic, versatile and more importantly……sincere in presenting the Gospel.
